Monthly Mess Subscription – Terms & Conditions (Abu Dhabi)
1. Subscription Plans
Subscription is offered on a monthly basis (30 days) unless otherwise stated.
Plans may include breakfast, or lunch, or dinner, or all three, or any two as selected at signup.
Menu can be customized by the customers, applicable between veg and non-veg options only.
Meals are provided on all the days in a week.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made in advance before the subscription starts.
Accepted payment methods: credit/ debit card payment or net banking transfer available in our mob app. Cash payments are not accepted.
Subscription will only be activated on 2nd day of receipt of full payment.
3. Delivery & Timings
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer within specified areas in Abu Dhabi.
Customers must ensure availability at the delivery time.
Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability will not be compensated.
4. Menu & Customization
Menu is pre-planned and shared weekly/monthly.
Limited customization may be offered (e.g., veg/non-veg preferences).
No last-minute changes to meals are guaranteed.
5. Pauses & Skips
Customers may request to pause meals with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Paused days may be adjusted later within the same month subscription by extending the validity to match the pause days.
No compensation for pausing without notice prior to 2 days.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscription fees are fully refundable on cancellation as per the calculation for balance unused days.
Cancellation request will be effective after 2 days only. For example, if a cancellation request is placed on 5th, the effective cancellation will be from 8th.

Full Refund will be paid as cash for the balance unused days on pro-rata basis within one week of cancellation effective date.
We don't deduct or charge any additional money on your cancellation.
No refunds for: Missed meals or Customer absence.
7. Food Safety & Liability
Meals are prepared following UAE food safety regulations.
Customers must consume food within recommended time.
The company is not responsible for: Improper storage after delivery or Allergic reactions if not informed in advance.
8. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Customers must declare allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of subscription.
While precautions are taken, cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed.
9. Delivery Area Limitations
Service is available only in selected areas within Abu Dhabi Emirate.
10. Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to update terms & menu at any time.
Customers will be notified of significant changes.
11. Force Majeure
Service interruptions due to events beyond control (e.g., weather, government restrictions) will not result in liability but reasonable adjustments may be offered.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable regulations of Abu Dhabi.
13. Packaging Policy (Disposable vs Reusable)
Customers have options to choose their food packages either by reusable or Disposable approved food safety plastic containers.
a. Disposable Packaging
Selection of Disposable approved food grade plastic container package will be chargeable for 0.66 AED per food delivery. (Eg. 1 time food delivery for one month will be charged 20 AED; all 3 times food delivery for one month will be charged 60 AED).
Meals are provided in food-grade disposable containers suitable for single use.
Customers are responsible for proper disposal of packaging in accordance with local waste regulations in Abu Dhabi.
b. Reusable Container Option (SS Meal Carrier)
Customers may opt for reusable containers (SS Meal Carrier) where available.
A refundable security deposit will be charged (50 AED) at the start of the subscription.
Containers must be returned in clean and usable condition.
Failure to return containers or returning them in damaged condition may result in partial or full deduction from the deposit.
c. Exchange & Collection
Reusable containers will typically be collected and replaced during the next delivery cycle.
Customers must ensure that previous containers are ready for exchange at the time of delivery.
d. Hygiene & Safety
All reusable containers are cleaned and sanitized according to UAE food safety standards before reuse.
e. Policy Selection
The company reserves the right to limit or change packaging type based on operational requirements.
